What are our financing programs?

100% Joint Venture Equity Financing – This program provides 100% financing for large, new development projects that needs a Joint Venture Partner (the JV will not get involved in daily management and will sell back his shares in the Company at a given time)
Large-Scale Debt Financing (Euro10 million and up) – This is a traditional debt financing program providing up to 80% LTV for new Development, Refinancing and Acquisition Projects.
Bridge Loan Financing (less than Euro10 million) – This program can be accessed only in conjunction with a JV Equity Financing or a Large-Scale Debt Financing.

What kind of opportunities are we looking for?

We are interested in all types of Commercial Real Estate and Alternative Energy Projects. In general, we have three main criteria:
1) The project can be either new construction, refinance or acquisition;
2) The market fundamentals for the project must be sound;
3) The development team must be fully engaged in the project.
