BUILDINGS AND LANDS AS COLLATERAL FOR CREDI LINE

This PROCEDURE is for Above Ground Assets as such as Buildings, Hotels, Building’s Manufactures, Housings and /or Condominiums. Lands Accepted As Well.

VERY IMPORTANT KNOWLEDGE FOR QUALIFICATION:

A) Platform work base on “Appraisal” NOT on Equity.
B) It doesn’t matter if the Building has several mortgages. NO MORE THAN 20%

Also can enter several property owners making a “properties pool” that must be a MIN. total of USD20.000.000.00 (twenty million € – USD) as minimum and up acceptable by the platform.

Properties will be not mortgaged /or set up a lien as secure it. Required documentation from the Property Owner are as follows:

1-Client Information Sheet.
2-Copy Enlarged 8”X11” of Property owner’s passport in color.
3- Copy of Property Grant Deed with signature notarized.
5-Corporate Resolution Notarized and La Haya Apostilled for Europe to E LOAN
6-Property Appraisal Min. USD$20.000.000 and up and not older than six months.
7-Internal Bank’s Procedures Costs € 25.000.00 to be paid after all documentation has been received and approved by E-LOAN PROMOTORES –CORP. S.A. INC. against Corporative Invoice.

HOW TO GET LA HAYA APOSTILLE IN USA:

1- Notarize the document.
2- Certify the Notary signature through County Clerk Were he got his license.
3- Go to Secretary of the State and get the Apostille.
